Numbers Caterpillar Craft

Isn't he cute? I found this Numbers Caterpillar Craft on the DLTK website. They also have printables for counting by twos, fives, and tens. You may also print them in black & white if you think your child might like coloring them. To make this craft, I cut a piece of construction paper in half and taped them together on the backside to form a long strip. Since my toddler is just learning how to cut with a scissors, I cut out all the numbers for him. He glued them down and had so much fun telling me which number came next. I have it hanging on the refrigerator for him to practice counting in English and in Spanish. I wish it would have went up to 20 since he can count in both languages up to 20 but has a hard time recognizing numbers 15-20 in Spanish and in English he tends to skip number 17 while counting.

Stop by Show & Tell and Tot Tuesdays to see what others have been doing this week.
