Tank Top to Toddler Dress

We had a wedding to attend and Baby Girl didn't have anything to wear, so I went through my old tank tops until I found one that I could upcycle into a cute Toddler Dress.

The tank top is from my pre-pregnancy, pre-kids days! I used one of her 12 month dresses to get an idea for the length of the dress. I just placed it right on top of the tank top and cut it leaving about a quarter of an inch outline around it. It was as simple as putting the right sides together, sewing it, and then flipping it back right-side-out!

Here is my little cutie patootie wearing it the day of my SIL's wedding!
