This printable Chinese New Year book is too cute and it's free to print! It follows the same format as the Brown Bear, Brown Bear book by Eric Carle. It's fun for kids because it's a mini coloring book of all the Chinese zodiac signs.
My son has been a rock star at learning to read so I didn't have to help him very much. He loves all the Eric Carle books from that series which have proven to be a great way for him to recognize words due to the repetition. My toddler is still learning her colors and this ended up being a great activity for me to work with her on them.
